ABOUT US

WELCOME TO

CASERO CREATIONS!

Thank you for visiting our webpage and for learning more about our company. My name is Silvana Reyes, and I am the founder and owner of Casero Creations. Casero Creations began in the spring of 2014 as a family business with my amazing daughters, Paola and Claudia. We had always dreamt of opening a small bakery cafe where we could share our homemade breads and pastries with the Northern Virginia public.

HOW WE FIRST STARTED

We realized that it didn’t have to be a dream! We felt excited, encouraged, and motives to finally realize our dream of the bakery. Our first sale was on May 29th, 2014 at a farmers market. We brought our empañadas, alfajores, and bread and introduced them to our customers with great success! We saw the potential and decided to sign up for more markets. Slowly, we developed our product line based on customer feedback and requests. We thank all of our early farmer’s market customers for their support in our journey to creating and shaping the business!

Our products are based on Bolivian food traditions marked by their unique flavor, texture and freshness. As a child, I always had to help my mom in the kitchen to cook and bake for my nine siblings, my parents and myself. As I grew older, I became more involved in making traditional holiday foods and as a mother, I baked pastries for my children’s birthday parties.

CRAFTED BY HAND

I now oversee that all our pastries continue to be crafted by hand using the finest natural products that lend them a unique and irresistible taste! Thanks for visiting, and we hope to see you soon.

Sincerely,

Silvana Reyes
