Puckacapas are specific to Bolivian’s cooking culture.
It’s name is a mixed of Spanish & Quechua (a Native Language primarily spoken in the Andes, derived from a common ancestral language). Puka in Quechua means RED. Capa in Spanish means, Cape.

Our desserts are light in sugar where you can taste the sweetness but also all the other flavors mixed in.
